Photo and Video Policy

Participants can capture and post the photos and digital images of their own activity experience for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not, but it is prohibited to capture and record other people's conference materials in any form without permission. By default,

Participants agree that the HXAN conference team will professionally take, use and distribute their photos, videos, and audio of each venue presentation for knowledge sharing, dissemination, and HXAN　future conference promotion in any way HXAN deems appropriate.. If participants do not agree to share their personal information and presentation materials, they should inform the conference team in writing.
