Registration Payment Information and Cancellation Policy
-Accommodations are NOT included in the Conference registration fee. All payments and invoices will be issued in USD or RMB only. All payments must be paid in full during the online registration process.
-A processing fee of USD 150.00 will be charged for cancellation received more than 20 days before the event date.
-No refunds for Conference and/or short courses can be made less than 20 days before the event date.
-Participants who failed to attend will not be eligible for a refund. You may substitute one participant for another.
-Cancellation must be notified in writing to HXAN. Email your cancellation request to info@fedc.org.
-Registered participants of this meeting can be free to attend other sessions. If you want to attend the one day training course you need pay the extra fee for that.
-You will be able to pay the Conference fee by downloading the registration form in the website: www.ifedc.org.
