HXAN assumes no responsibility for not attending the conference due to visa issues or any other travel or legal obstructions. If the event or part of the event is cancelled, HXAN will not be responsible for any airfare, hotel or other expenses incurred by the registrants. Speakers and programme agenda are subject to change.

As the event is both online and in-person, it may be vulnerable to hacking，terrorist attack and abuse from outside parties, and we rely on the venue provider to ensure the security of its platform. HXAN shall not be liable for damages, expenses, personal injury or losses of any kind incurred or suffered by participants, resulting from participating in the events, except when caused by gross fault or negligence on the side of HXAN. HXAN's responsibility is clearly limited to the amount paid by participants to HXAN for this event.

Any views expressed during the sessions by the speakers, moderators or participants are solely based upon personal opinion and should not be taken as the views of HXAN.

Any person wishing to share content should ensure that they are not violating copyright. The HXAN will not be held liable for any such breach. However, if copyright infringement occurs, HXAN will intervene to prevent further occurrences. HXAN reserves the right for all participants to ensure legitimate business and the safety of the event.
