Code of Conduct

In addition to meeting the vision and mission of advancing the science and technology, HXAN Conference is devoted to providing everyone with a pleasant and fulfilling meeting experience.

In order to achieve this, all participants, including attendees, speakers, committee members, and volunteers, are expected to abide by this code of conduct policy:

- Show respect and courtesy each other at all conference event and refrain from any form of harassment regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

- Avoid intentionally distorting others' technological and scientific contributions, or participating in plagiarism or infringement of intellectual property rights. By posting material, warrant and represent owning material or the copyright to the material or has received permission from the owner.

- Avoid making politically sensitive or provocative statements opposing the mission of the conference.
